Council of National Associations
There are ten national associations in Europe: Austria, Germany, Greece, Italy, Russia, The Netherlands, Serbia, Spain, UK and Switzerland. In two countries committees are being formed in order to develop towards a national association: Portugal and Norway. Other coutries are represented by an EABP member.
These national associations act for EABP in that country and process EABP Membership applications in their own language. Some of the national associations have their own Newsletters and publications and run their own Congresses and Symposia.
In January 2005, The Council of EABP National Associations and National Committees was formed. This semi-autonomous body elects a Chairperson and representative to the EABP Board of Directors.
The Council elects a representative who also sits on the EABP Board.
